This shipping policy is only for orders in the United States.

Upon placing an order, you will receive updates on its status and shipping details, along with the tracking number (via email) once the order has been dispatched.

Handling Time:

Processing time starts from the date the order is placed. Normally it takes 1-2 business day (Monday - Sunday) to process orders. Once processed, we will proceed to shipping. Every effort is made to ship your order quickly. The deadline for ordering is 5:00 p.m. (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Phoenix).

Shipping Service Zone:

Currently our delivery services are only available for locations within the United States.

Shipping Time:

Standard shipping: We usually deliver orders within 7-11 business days. (Monday - Sunday)* (in regular season).

Shipping Costs:

We offer Free Shipping on All US Orders.

At our establishment, we rely exclusively on the esteemed services of USPS for all our deliveries. With a commitment to efficiency and reliability, we entrust the transportation of our goods to the reputable and well-established courier service provided by USPS.

Order Journey:

1) After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see your order details on the confirmation page and can expect an order confirmation email shortly after.

2) You’ll also receive a shipment notification message that will provide you with the estimated delivery time for each package once it is shipped. We will also provide you the tracking number when it is ready. You can view this estimated delivery time under each package in your order history at the same time.

3) In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Kindly check the tracking information for the latest and most accurate delivery date.

Delivery Delay:

Should a delivery delay occur for any reason, rest assured that we will get in touch with you promptly. As a customer, you retain the right to cancel the purchase in the event of significant delivery delays.

Delivery Failure:

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or unavailability to receive the package), or if the customer refuses to accept delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (NeedIt Innovations) at the customer's expense. These costs include any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Change of Delivery Address:

Once your order is on its way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you would like to change the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at support@needitinnovations.com or call us at +1 650-863-1854.

After Receiving Your Order:

Upon receipt, please carefully inspect the package and its contents to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for the goods as 'Damaged' and then contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation:

We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order! If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.

Holidays:

Please note that we do not deliver on holidays. Your package will be delivered the next working day.
