How long does it take to process my order?

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time for your order is typically 7-11 business days. (Monday - Sunday)* (in regular season).

What happens if I don't like the items I ordered?

We hope that you will be delighted by the items you ordered, but if you need to initiate a return, simply contact us to start the process. We do require your order to be unused/unopened, with all product packaging in place, and your return should be dated within 30 days of receipt. If the items you receive are damaged, please reach out to us at support@needitinnovations.com so we an correct the issue and make it right.

Can't track your package?

When your order is on its way, you will receive an email with delivery information. The message includes a tracking link that allows you to follow your order step by step. To track your order, simply use the order number and the email address you provided at purchase. This way, you can always stay updated on the whereabouts of your order.

Where is my order?

Oh no! Has your package disappeared without a trace? Don't worry, we sent an order confirmation to your email as soon as you placed the order. Can't find the email? Please check your spam folder, as sometimes messages end up there by mistake. If you still can't find it, don't hesitate to contact us

Can I exchange or return an item?

We accept exchanges and the same conditions apply as for returns:

The item must have been sold in our online store.
The item should not have been used in any way.
The item should be in its original packaging with all labels, etc.
The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
